Inside Amazon: Wrestling Big Ideas in a Bruising Workplace:

I was reading this article.  I know I wouldn’t survive at this place.  Is this the only way a company, can thrive and succeed ?  If it is , then it is depressing.

I do like the idea of constant feedback on good and bad ideas.

I have a feeling these articles can be misinterpreted by some managers.  Treat workers like shit and you will succeed.  it is just scary if this becomes the norm for all companies.
