I have this distinct fear that 9/11 and this idiotic war is causing this country to be too isolationist. Maybe it is just me, but this immigration debate part of this country wanting to isolated from the rest of the world. We need to be more engaged in POSITIVE way. We need to be involved in more international institutions in order to fight this war on extremism. it would also help create a more positive image of the US. oh well.
